1. Identification

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales relationship between Fornells Studio (Georgina Fornells) and the user purchasing products on fornells-studio.com.

2. Products and personalisation

Fornells Studio specialises in creating personalised mugs and gifts. The customer is responsible for the quality of the photos sent.

Important: Colours seen on screen may differ slightly from the final product due to each monitor's calibration and the heat-sublimation process on ceramic.

3. Prices and shipping

• Prices include VAT.
• Shipping area: We only ship to mainland Spain.
• Shipping cost: Flat rate from €4.99.
• Lead times: The estimated production + shipping time is 48-72 working hours, except in cases of force majeure.

4. Returns and withdrawal policy

Exception to the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 103(c) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal (returning the product because you changed your mind) does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, no returns are accepted for personalised mugs once the order has been confirmed and produced, except for an error on our part or breakage in transit.

5. Guarantee for breakage or defects

If your order arrives broken or with a visible printing defect:

• You have 24 hours from delivery to notify us.
• Email [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Once verified, we'll send you a new mug free of charge. After 24h, the product will be deemed to have arrived in perfect condition.
